Alex was fantastic. The rooms more spacious than I expected on the budget and so clean with fabulously comfy beds. Free Wifi throughout was such a bonus. The staff are super helpful, breakfasts great & the Resturaunt next door a delight. Easy commute into town tho we walked everywhere. Highly recommended small hotel.

The hotel is clean, well located within two tram stops of Alexanderplatz and quiet. Rooms are small but well appointed. Staff is excellent and breakfast is complimentary and good. Have stayed there twice and would stay again. Excellent value for the money.

Great value for money. The room was lovely and the breakfast bufffet is superb. We will definetly return and recommend the hotel to friends visiting Berlin.

nice staff, clean room and bathroom, decent free breakfast and free wifi in the rooms. the location is great, close to a nice park and nearby public transportation, including the bus 200, which goes around all major attractions in Berlin.

I was duly impressed with the service. I left behind an item of great importance. The persons on staff were in immediate and direct contact with me, found the item, arranged a pick-up of said item, and immediately communicated with me and informed me that all was well. Also, we loved the simplicity of the hotel: cleanliness, fresh bedding, good coffee and friendly helpful accommodation by all members of the stay no matter what time of day or night.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The rooms had everything we needed and the cafe/lobby area more than we expected. Plenty of thoughful touches from the TV guide in the room, to the internet and guide books downstairs to use, and the free coffee and hot chocolate into the evening in the cafe lobby was much appreciated.

The beds were great, the rooms were clean and the staff spoke English very well! There was even a hairdryer!

It is just a little too far from the standard tourist destinations, in a rather Stalinesque quarter.
